Welcome to Summer Intensive 2026, where aspiring dancers from Port Alberni come together to immerse themselves in a world of professional dance instruction. Our program is designed to enhance technique, foster new friendships, develop new skills, and refine existing talents. Whether you’re a beginner looking to build a strong foundation or an experienced dancer aiming to take your skills to the next level, our intensive is tailored to meet your needs and elevate your dance journey.

Program Highlights:

• Professional Instruction: Our team of experienced dance instructors brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to guide you through various dance styles and techniques. Daily classes in classical ballet, contemporary, jazz, stretch and strength, and acro.
• Skill Development: Dive deep into the intricacies of dance through focused classes and choreography sessions. Refine your technique, explore new movements, and unlock your full potential under the guidance of our guest faculty.
• Artistic Expression: Embrace the artistry of dance as you learn to express emotions, tell stories through movement, and discover your unique voice as a performer. Our choreography sessions will empower you to unleash your creativity on the dance floor.

Dates: August 17-21, 2026
Location: 5100 Tebo Avenue Port Alberni, BC (Jericho Church)
Time: 10:00 am start for all levels. Daily schedule and length vary by level. Schedules will be sent via email closer to the intensive.

Registration Information:

Registration opens April 1, 2026.
A reminder that all Performance Team dancers are required to participate in the annual intensive.

General Tuition:

General Program and non-competitive dancer tuition cost for 2026: $390 plus GST

Performance Team Tuition:

Discounted Tuition Cost for Performance Team dancers for 2026:

• Level 1 (ages 8-10yrs) $330 plus GST
• Level 2 (ages 11-13yrs) $350 plus GST
• Level 3 (ages 14+) $350 plus GST

Tuition deadline is July 1, 2026. Pay in full before May 1st and save the GST. No refunds after August 1st. Full details will be in registration form.
